We are the only FREEZE CONTROL supplier that tests and calibrates equipment, before shipping, to verify out-of-the-box product readiness. And we are the only company that includes software usage and installation consultation with purchase of our user-programmable controller models.

Programs that make life easier for our customers.
Biogenics buys or offers trade-in value for used freezing equipment and instruments, allowing practitioners to upgrade economically. We also assist practitioners in procuring used equipment and instruments.
On new biofreezer systems, Biogenics provides an unprecedented five-year extended warranty. We will repair or replace (at Biogenics’ discretion) any defective component or system for a period of five years from date of purchase.
“Loaner” units are available for use by our clientele, minimizing or eliminating downtime in the event a unit requires servicing.
